Parker arrived in our program in dreadful condition. We believe that he was an outcast from a mill situation that closed down. Young Parker had never experienced life outside his kennel and because he was used solely as a breeder dog, his skills with other dogs were not very good. He also had a large tumor on his hindquarters, was in very poor condition, and had parasites. One of our former adopters followed Parker's story for quite some time and truly wanted this boy to become her own, even with all the issues we were experiencing. Lots of time went in to this young boy. Without the extreme patience of his mom and the help of a wonderful trainer, Parker may not have come nearly as far as he has improved. As you can see, he is living the good life and much adored by his family.
